With dishes like Pan Fried Skate Wing with Roasted Butternut Squash and Slow Braised Lamb Shank in a Red Wine Rosemary Jus with Parsnip Mash there is guaranteed to be something on our menu that will delight your palete. Peter Ankin is our head chef and keeps an attentive eye on the Kitchen.
