Chicken liver parfait with toasted soldiers & cherry compote
Crayfish, avocado & smoked salmon tian with chive cream topping
Butternut squash risotto with onion bhajee & rocket salad

Main Course

Roasted tomato and goat cheese tart with rocket salad pesto dressing
Char grilled aberdeen angus rib eye steak with chunky chips & peppercorn sauce
Pan-fried seabass with mussells, crushed new potatoes in  a curry broth
Corn fed chicken breast with tomato risotto and mowwerella ravioli

Kitchen Assisstant & a Chef De Partie. Both are 40 hours a week with competitive salaries, Local staff preferred but all applicants will be considered. Please call us on 01277 829 100 and ask to speak to Brenda or Richard or drop your C.V. in at the bar.
