Richard and Brenda are only at The Bear for another few weeks, but Head Chef Rob Lazer (now in his 10th year) and the rest of the team will still be staying on providing the same beautiful dishes and service you’ve come to expect at The Bear over the years. New staff member Rosie (from Australia) will be joining the team and will be handling all the Christmas party bookings (A new Christmas party menu will be available shortly). Richard and Brenda would like to thank all customers and staff who have made the time here so enjoyable.
Over the last few years, Brenda and Richard have brought back some of the values that originally made The Bear a thriving local meeting place (whilst continuing to provide some truly fantastic home cooked cuisine).
Staff at The Bear believe that through a commitment to quality of service and value for money, they will continue to entice customers old and new, to enjoy the relaxing environment that has been carefully nurtured. With coffee mornings, dining, live music nights, regular calendar events and some fine beers The Bear is one of the most thriving pubs in Stock and the surrounding area.
